FAQ
1. How long does it take to receive a response?
We usually respond within 1-3 business days. Response time may be longer during peak periods.
2. What information should I include when reporting an issue?
Please include:
- Device model (e.g., iPhone 15, iPad Air)
- OS version (e.g., iOS 18.x)
- App version (from Settings or the App Store)
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Clear reproduction steps
- If related to drawing: current mode (Regular / Practice / Pixel), canvas or practice level name, and whether the issue occurred during export, share, or print
3. Why is saving or loading a canvas slow, or could my strokes be lost?
Artworks and settings are stored locally on your device. Low storage or force-quitting during save or export may cause slowness or failure. Ensure you have enough free space and avoid closing the app mid-export. If only certain canvases fail, tell us the canvas name, approximate stroke count, and whether export was interrupted.
4. What should I check first if export or reminders are not working?
Please check in this order:
1. The app is up to date (from the App Store)
2. Export image/video: the canvas has strokes; video export takes time—wait for completion
3. Daily reminders: enabled in Settings, and notifications are allowed for Whitelo in iOS Settings
4. Share / Save to Photos: use the system share sheet; grant photo library access if prompted
5. Restart the app and try again
Whitelo does not require an account. Core drawing works offline; opening App Store links or sharing to some apps may need a network connection.
